5151 (1) As used in this section, the term: 26
5252 (a) "Broadcast" means electronically transmitting a vi sual 27
5353 image or visual recording with the intent that it be viewed by 28

177177 (d) Dissemination, distribution, or transfer of images or 116
178178 recordings subject to this section by a provider of an 117
179179 electronic communication service as defined in 18 U.S.C. s. 118
180180 2510(15), or a provider of a remote computing service as defined 119
181181 in 18 U.S.C. s. 2711(2). For p urposes of this section, the 120
182182 exceptions to the definition of "electronic communication" set 121
183183 forth in 18 U.S.C. s. 2510(12)(a), (b), (c), and (d) do not 122
184184 apply, but are included within the definition of the term. 123
