2424 Be It Enacted by the Legislat ure of the State of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Subsection (10) of section 39.202, Florida 13
2727 Statutes, is amended to read: 14
2828 39.202 Confidentiality of reports and records in cases of 15
2929 child abuse or neglect; exception. — 16
3030 (10) The expansion of the public records exemption under 17
3131 this section to include other identifying information with 18
3232 respect to any person reporting child abuse, abandonment, or 19
3333 neglect is subject to the Open Government Sunset Review Act in 20
3434 accordance with s. 119.15 and shall stand repealed on Oc tober 2, 21
3535 2024, unless reviewed and saved from repeal through reenactment 22
3636 by the Legislature. If the expansion of the exemption is not 23
3737 saved from repeal, this section shall revert to that in 24
3838 existence on June 30, 2019, except that any other amendments 25
