25-Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 12

27- Section 1. Paragraph (m) is added to subsection (3) of 14
28-section 944.801, Florida Statutes, to read: 15
29- 944.801 Education for state prisoners. — 16
30- (3) The responsibilities of the Cor rectional Education 17
31-Program shall be to: 18
32- (m) Design and implement a plan, in coordination with the 19
33-relevant professional boards within the Department of Business 20
34-and Professional Regulation, or the Department of Business and 21
35-Professional Regulation when there is no board, to ensure that 22
36-inmates in a correctional institution who take classes that meet 23
37-the necessary curriculum requirements as determined by the 24
38-applicable law and rules for those professions shall receive 25
