| 60 | 60 | | authority to provide, firefighting, law enforcement, ambulance, 35 |

| 62 | 62 | | (e)(d) "Public safety agency" means a functional division 37 |
|---|
| 63 | 63 | | of a public agency which provides fi refighting, law enforcement, 38 |
|---|
| 64 | 64 | | medical, or other emergency services. 39 |
