62 | 62 | | (e)(d) "Public safety agency" means a functional division 37 |

63 | 63 | | of a public agency which provides fi refighting, law enforcement, 38 |

65 | 65 | | Section 2. Paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section 40 |
