2323 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 10
2424 465.1865, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11

2727 (1) For purposes of this section, the term: 14
2828 (b) "Chronic health condition" means: 15

3636 7. Any other chronic condition adopted in rule by the 23
