2424 Be It Enacted by the Legi slature of the State of Florida: 11

2626 Section 1. Section 112.3165, Florida Statutes, is created 13
2727 to read: 14
2828 112.3165 Disclosure of labor negotiations information. — 15
2929 (1) As used in this section, the term: 16
3030 (a) "Chief executive officer" has the same meaning as in 17
3131 s. 447.203(9). 18
3232 (b) "Legislative body" has the same meaning as in s. 19
3333 447.203(10). 20
3434 (c) "Public employer" has the same meaning as in s. 21
3535 447.203(2). 22
3636 (2)(a) A person who participates in a meeting that is 23
3737 closed and exempt from s. 286.011 pursuant t o s. 110.201(4) or 24
3838 s. 447.605(1) may not knowingly and intentionally disclose any 25

5151 information discussed in such meeting, unless such person is 26
5252 specifically authorized by the chief executive officer or the 27
5353 legislative body of the public employer to disclose such 28
5454 information. 29
5555 (b) A person may not knowingly and intentionally disclose 30
5656 information in work products made confidential and exempt from 31
5757 s. 119.071(1) pursuant to s. 110.201(4) or s. 447.605(3), unless 32
5858 such person is specifically authorized by the chi ef executive 33
5959 officer or the legislative body of the public employer to 34
6060 disclose such information. 35
6161 (3) A person who knowingly receives information in 36
6262 violation of subsection ( 2) must refer the person who provided 37
6363 such information to the commission pursuan t to s. 112.324. 38
6464 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 39
