36 | 36 | | (2)(a) A person who participates in a meeting that is 23 |

37 | 37 | | closed and exempt from s. 286.011 pursuant t o s. 110.201(4) or 24 |

57 | 57 | | s. 119.071(1) pursuant to s. 110.201(4) or s. 447.605(3), unless 32 |

58 | 58 | | such person is specifically authorized by the chi ef executive 33 |

59 | 59 | | officer or the legislative body of the public employer to 34 |

60 | 60 | | disclose such information. 35 |

61 | 61 | | (3) A person who knowingly receives information in 36 |

62 | 62 | | violation of subsection ( 2) must refer the person who provided 37 |

63 | 63 | | such information to the commission pursuan t to s. 112.324. 38 |
