2121 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 8

2323 Section 1. Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 10
2424 455.2124, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11
2525 455.2124 Proration of or not requiring continuing 12
2626 education.— 13

2828 (b) This subsection does not apply to engineers regulated 15
2929 pursuant to chapter 471; to certified public accountants 16
3030 regulated pursuant to chapter 473; to veterinarians regulated 17
3131 pursuant to chapter 474; to brokers, broker associates, and 18
3232 sales associates regulated pursuant to part I of chapter 475; to 19
3333 appraisers regulated pursuant to part II of chapter 475; to 20
3434 architects, interior designers, or landscape architects 21
3535 regulated pursuant to chapter 481; or to contractors regulated 22
3636 pursuant to chapter 489. 23
3737 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 24
