Paragraph (b) of subsection (2) of section 10 455.2124, Florida Statutes, is amended to read: 11 455.2124 Proration of or not requiring continuing 12 education.— 13 (2) 14 (b) This subsection does not apply to engineers regulated 15 pursuant to chapter 471; to certified public accountants 16 regulated pursuant to chapter 473; to veterinarians regulated 17 pursuant to chapter 474; to brokers, broker associates, and 18 sales associates regulated pursuant to part I of chapter 475; to 19 appraisers regulated pursuant to part II of chapter 475; to 20 architects, interior designers, or landscape architects 21 regulated pursuant to chapter 481; or to contractors regulated 22 pursuant to chapter 489. 23 Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2025. 24
