2020 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

2222 Section 1. Present subsections (1), (2), and (3) of 9
2323 section 1004.098, Florida Statutes, are redesignated as 10
2424 subsections (2), (3), and ( 4), respectively, a new subsection 11
2525 (1) is added to that section, and paragraph (a) of present 12
2626 subsection (2) of that section is amended, to read: 13
2727 1004.098 Applicants for president of a state university or 14
2828 Florida College System institution; public record s exemption; 15
2929 public meetings exemption. — 16
3030 (1) For the purposes of this section, the term "final 17
3131 group of applicants" means no fewer than two applicants who will 18
3232 receive final consideration for president of a state university 19
3333 or Florida College System inst itution. 20
3434 (3)(a)(2)(a) Any portion of a meeting held for the purpose 21
3535 of identifying or vetting applicants for president of a state 22
3636 university or a Florida College System institution, including 23
3737 any portion of a meeting which would disclose personal 24
3838 identifying information of such applicants which is otherwise 25
