| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Marc Cohen has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital3 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,6 |

| 23 | 23 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state, as demonstrated by his7 |

| 24 | 24 | | years of superlative service as Mayor Pro Tem for the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia; and8 |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, he has further served as chair of the Sugar Hill Arts Commission since 2014 and9 |
