| 10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Sandra Nadeau Wisenbaker was first elected by the citizens of Coweta4 |

| 11 | 11 | | County as their Solicitor-General in November 2012 and she assumed that office on January5 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | 1, 2013; and6 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, she has provided professional experience and extensive service to the citizens7 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | of Coweta County and the entire State of Georgia throughout her career as a prosecuting8 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | attorney, which stretches more than two decades; and9 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, she has been recognized with numerous awards and honors throughout her10 |
|---|
| 17 | 17 | | illustrious career, including being named "Solicitor-General of the Year" by the Georgia11 |
|---|
| 18 | 18 | | Association of Solicitors General in 2019; and 12 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia in 2022 elected Ms. Wisenbaker13 |

| 20 | 20 | | as one of only nine elected Georgia prosecuting attorneys eligible for service on that council14 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | at any one time, where she has since performed with profound distinction; and15 |

| 24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Wisenbaker has devoted her time and talent to the safety of the citizens of |

| 26 | 26 | | her county and of the State of Georgia throughout her career by training Georgia law17 |

| 27 | 27 | | enforcement officers and prosecutors; and18 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, she has earned a reputation across this state and the United States as a leader19 |

| 29 | 29 | | in the field of prosecution such that her efforts and contributions to Georgia's public safety20 |

| 30 | 30 | | are worthy of recognition; and21 |

| 31 | 31 | | WHEREAS, Ms. Wisenbaker will be transitioning into a new role of leadership and service22 |

| 32 | 32 | | within Coweta County beginning on January 1, 2024; and23 |

| 33 | 33 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this noteworthy and accomplished24 |

| 34 | 34 | | Georgian be recognized and praised for her service to her county and to this state.25 |

| 35 | 35 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body26 |

| 36 | 36 | | recognize and commend Ms. Sandra Nadeau Wisenbaker for her 11 years of efficient,27 |

| 37 | 37 | | effective, unselfish, and dedicated public service to Coweta County and to the State of28 |
|---|
| 38 | 38 | | Georgia as well as extend to her their best wishes for continued success.29 |

| 39 | 39 | | BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed30 |
