| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, on January 17, 1962, Pauline A. Salyer started a china painting organization in5 |

| 24 | 24 | | Oklahoma, and in April 1967, she founded the World Organization of China Painters; and6 |

| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, today, there are china painting clubs all over the world, and the organization7 |

| 26 | 26 | | continues to grow and follow its founder's dream to further the art of china painting; and8 |

| 27 | 27 | | WHEREAS, one of the many objectives of the organization is to preserve a collection of fine9 |
