| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, she holds the historic distinction of serving as the first woman president of the5 |

| 22 | 22 | | Southern Christian Leadership Conference in DeKalb County, Georgia; and6 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, as a woman of many roles, Dr. Harris has further served her community as part7 |

| 24 | 24 | | of numerous boards, a dedicated advocate for education, and as founder of exemplary8 |

| 25 | 25 | | organizations such as the B.L.A.C.K. People United Global Network, The Blackwood9 |
