| 19 | 19 | | Georgia, Lawrence Prescott has significantly contributed to the entertainment industry and3 |

| 20 | 20 | | the Caribbean community in the United States for over 35 years; and4 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, his extensive career encompasses roles as a producer, photographer, actor,5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | cameraman, and production assistant in numerous media, theater, and film productions; and6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, he is founder and CEO of the Caribbean Life TV Group (CLTV), an influential7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | online TV and radio network and production studio that serves as a pivotal platform for the8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | Caribbean diaspora by sharing programming on lifestyles, cultures, and entertainment; and9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, under his leadership, the CLTV studio has flourished despite the challenges of10 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | the COVID-19 pandemic and grown into a renowned entertainment and production hub for11 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | films, TV shows, radio programs, and photography; and12 |
|---|
| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, his service on the board of the Jamaican American International Chamber of13 |

| 30 | 30 | | Commerce and his previous board memberships with the Caribbean Association of Georgia14 |

| 38 | 38 | | Georgia Citizen award from the Georgia Secretary of State, the Spirit Award from the JAICC19 |

| 39 | 39 | | for strong community involvement, a 2023 Business Award from the Guyana Association20 |

| 41 | 41 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this outstanding individual be22 |
