| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, the Valley of Columbus, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, is located at 1027 2nd6 |

| 16 | 16 | | Avenue, Columbus, Georgia, and is one of six valleys or chapters in the State of Georgia,7 |

| 18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, the Valley of Columbus, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, owes its allegiance9 |

| 19 | 19 | | to the ancient and accepted Scottish rite of Freemasonry for the Southern Masonic10 |

| 20 | 20 | | Jurisdiction in Charleston, South Carolina; and11 |

| 21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, the Valley of Columbus, Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite, serves its12 |
