17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Command Sergeant Major Brandon B. Rudder has valiantly and courageously6 |

20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, CSM Rudder, a native of Columbus, Ohio, began his distinguished military9 |

21 | 21 | | career with One Station Unit Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and has since served in10 |

24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, CSM Rudder's leadership roles have extended to JTAC13 |

25 | 25 | | instructor/examiner/program manager, platoon sergeant, first sergeant, division fires14 |
