77 To amend Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to

1414 Chapter 2 of Title 21 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, relating to elections and7
1515 primaries generally, is amended by revising Code Section 21-2-569, relating to interfering8
1616 with poll officers, as follows:9

1818 Any person, including any poll officer, who willfully prevents any poll officer from11
1919 performing the duties imposed on him or her by this chapter shall be guilty of a felony
