| 13 | 13 | The chairperson and members of the board of education of Echols County shall receive a per5 | |
| 14 | 14 | diem of $500.000 for each day of attendance at regular meetings of the board and $50.00 for6 | |
| 15 | 15 | each day of attendance at called meetings of the board, including training sessions of the7 | |
| 16 | 16 | board. The total compensation for the chairperson and members of the board shall not8 | |
| 17 | 17 | exceed $600.00 for any calendar month.9 | |
