| 25 | 25 | regarding law enforcement officers and agencies, is amended by adding a new Code section8 | |

| 29 | 29 | (a) An agent of United States Immigration and the Customs Enforcement and United11 | |
| 30 | 30 | States Customs and Border Protection shall, in the performance of his or her duties of12 | |
| 31 | 31 | either such agency, be required to:13 | |
| 32 | 32 | (1) Wear a name badge, patch, or other clearly visible insignia that identifies the14 | |
| 33 | 33 | individual agent; and15 | |
| 34 | 34 | (2) Wear a uniform that clearly identifies the agency the to which the agent is affiliated.16 | |
