| 23 | 23 | | the last 20 years and has earned Unit Achievement twice, placing it among the top 20 percent7 |

| 49 | 49 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES that30 |
