| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, he was born on March 5, 1951, in Dublin, Ireland, a beloved son of William4 |

| 12 | 12 | | Augustine and Gladys Mary Battersby; and5 |
|---|
| 13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, Kyran George Battersby moved from Ireland to Chattanooga, Tennessee, in6 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | 1971 and then moved to the Northwest Georgia area in 1994, where he would reside in7 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | Ringgold, Georgia, with his family; and8 |
|---|
| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, in his professional career, he enjoyed gainful employment as part of Kelly9 |

| 17 | 17 | | Cadillac's Sales Department, retiring in 2014 after more than 30 years of dedicated service;10 |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, he was united in love and marriage to his wife, Janet, and was blessed with two12 |

| 26 | 26 | | Griller and Meat Smoker, always enjoying the time he spent preparing meals for those he16 |

| 28 | 28 | | WHEREAS, a true Irish man blessed with the "gift of gab," Kyran George Battersby never18 |

| 29 | 29 | | met a stranger and enjoyed talking to anyone he encountered; and19 |

| 30 | 30 | | WHEREAS, a compassionate and generous man, Kyran George Battersby will long be20 |

| 31 | 31 | | remembered for his love of family, friendship, and community and will be missed by all who21 |
