| 20 | 20 | | WHEREAS, Mother Hattie Lou Prothro-Newton was born on August 1, 1936, in Zatella,4 |

| 21 | 21 | | Georgia, as the first of 13 children, and the strength, wisdom, and love she displayed in her5 |

| 22 | 22 | | early years set the foundation for a life dedicated to service, family, and community; and6 |

| 23 | 23 | | WHEREAS, a woman of deep and abiding faith, Mother Hattie Lou Prothro-Newton served7 |

| 24 | 24 | | as a devout member of Holy Zion Center of Deliverance, where she worked in good8 |
