| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Jung Ha Kim has dedicated more than three decades to academia and3 |

| 20 | 20 | | nonprofit leadership, specializing in community education, program development,4 |
|---|
| 21 | 21 | | curriculum design, research, and advocacy; and5 |
|---|
| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, she is the founder and president of the Community Resource Corporation6 |
|---|
| 23 | 23 | | (CRC), a nonprofit organization committed to addressing racial and gender disparities in7 |
|---|
| 24 | 24 | | immigrant and refugee communities; and8 |
|---|
| 25 | 25 | | WHEREAS, the CRC has played a pivotal role in fostering community partnerships,9 |
|---|
| 26 | 26 | | collaborating with organizations such as the Lucky Shoals Community Association to10 |
|---|
| 27 | 27 | | develop dementia respite care programs and working with the Fielding School of Public11 |
|---|
| 28 | 28 | | Health at UCLA on the BRAVE study; and12 |

| 29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, the CRC has further led efforts to promote cultural heritage and representation13 |

| 30 | 30 | | by supporting events such as the AAPI Cultural Heritage Festival in Suwanee and organizing14 |
|---|
| 31 | 31 | | Korean cultural performances at Georgia State University; and15 |

| 37 | 37 | | oversaw a budget expansion from $11 million to $14 million and contributed to over 2018 |

|---|
| 39 | 39 | | WHEREAS, Dr. Jung Ha Kim has long been an advocate for social justice and equity,20 |

| 40 | 40 | | serving on national mentoring committees, securing grants to address intimate partner21 |
|---|
| 41 | 41 | | violence in immigrant communities, and working to improve data collection on Asian22 |
|---|
| 42 | 42 | | American health and well-being; and23 |

| 43 | 43 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this distinguished leader be appropriately24 |
