| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Carol Renee Jones valiantly and courageously served as a guardian of this5 |

| 17 | 17 | | nation's freedom and liberty with the United States Army for 20 years, including four years6 |

| 18 | 18 | | of honorable active duty and 16 years in the Army Reserves; and7 |
|---|
| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, throughout her distinguished career, Mrs. Jones has dedicated a total of 45 years8 |

| 20 | 20 | | to federal service, culminating in her pivotal role as a Financial Operations Specialist in the9 |
