16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, Ego Mang Nwokeka Ndukwe is a prominent leader within the broader Nigerian2 |

18 | 18 | | WHEREAS, she has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of her time,4 |

19 | 19 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of her community and state as evidenced5 |

20 | 20 | | dramatically by her superlative service with several civic organizations; and6 |

21 | 21 | | WHEREAS, she is the Chief Operating Officer of Another Chance Customized Services, a7 |

22 | 22 | | rehabilitation center that supports individuals with disabilities, which she and her late8 |

23 | 23 | | husband founded in Decatur 20 years ago; and 9 |

24 | 24 | | WHEREAS, a staunch proponent of inclusivity, she established the American Coalition of10 |

25 | 25 | | Africans with disABILITIES (ECI) in 2001, to advocate for and support individuals with11 |

34 | 34 | | hometown of Abiriba, Nigeria, and founded Another Chance Nigeria to empower disabled17 |

35 | 35 | | individuals in Western Nigeria by providing mobility equipment and job skills training; and18 |

36 | 36 | | WHEREAS, her significant organizational and leadership talents, remarkable patience and19 |

37 | 37 | | diplomacy, keen sense of vision, and sensitivity to the needs of both the citizens of this state20 |
