| 14 | 14 | | vital role that she has played in leadership and her deep personal commitment to the welfare3 |

| 16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, she has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of her time,5 |

| 17 | 17 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of her community and state as evidenced6 |

| 18 | 18 | | dramatically by her superlative service with the Leisure Services Bureau; and7 |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, Joan has shown exceptional dedication and an unwavering commitment to the8 |

| 20 | 20 | | development and enrichment of children through her tireless efforts in recreation in9 |

| 21 | 21 | | Savannah, Georgia's, Hull Park; and 10 |

| 22 | 22 | | WHEREAS, for over 52 years, she has championed a safe, supportive, and engaging11 |
