66 Recognizing and commending the Georgia Council of Court Administrators for its dedication

88 to advancing court administration and enhancing the efficiency of judicial systems2
99 throughout the State of Georgia; and for other purposes.3
1010 WHEREAS, the Georgia Council of Court Administrators (GCCA) was established in 19974
1111 to promote the professional development of court administrators and ensure excellence in5
1212 judicial administration across the State of Georgia; and6
1313 WHEREAS, GCCA is dedicated to providing training, resources, and professional7
1414 development opportunities to its members, enabling them to serve the courts and the citizens8
1515 of Georgia more effectively; and9
1616 WHEREAS, the council is recognized for its unwavering commitment to fostering10
1717 collaboration among court professionals, justice partners, and stakeholders to address11
1818 challenges and implement innovative solutions in judicial administration; and12
1919 WHEREAS, GCCA plays a pivotal role in offering educational programs based on the13
2020 National Association for Court Management (NACM) Core Competencies, equipping court14

2323 administrators with the knowledge and skills necessary to meet the evolving needs of the

2525 judiciary; and16
2626 WHEREAS, the council has been instrumental in developing leadership within the courts by17
2727 organizing conferences, workshops, and training sessions as well as by promoting best18
2828 practices to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of Georgia's judicial system; and19
2929 WHEREAS, the dedication of GCCA's leadership and members to the principles of fairness,20
3030 professionalism, and innovation has significantly contributed to the improvement of court21
3131 operations in Georgia; and22
3232 WHEREAS, GCCA has provided valuable support and guidance to court professionals in23
3333 adapting to challenges, including the integration of technology and the implementation of24
3434 remote court services during unprecedented times; and25
3535 WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this distinguished organization and its26
3636 members be appropriately recognized for their outstanding contributions to the judicial27
3737 system in Georgia.28
3838 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body29
3939 recognize and commend the Georgia Council of Court Administrators for its exemplary30
4040 service and dedication to the administration of justice as well as extend their most sincere31
4141 best wishes for continued success.32
4242 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed33
4343 to make an appropriate copy of this resolution available for distribution to the Georgia34
4444 Council of Court Administrators.35
