10 | 10 | | WHEREAS, the Georgia Council of Court Administrators (GCCA) was established in 19974 |

11 | 11 | | to promote the professional development of court administrators and ensure excellence in5 |
---|
12 | 12 | | judicial administration across the State of Georgia; and6 |
---|
13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, GCCA is dedicated to providing training, resources, and professional7 |
---|
14 | 14 | | development opportunities to its members, enabling them to serve the courts and the citizens8 |

15 | 15 | | of Georgia more effectively; and9 |

16 | 16 | | WHEREAS, the council is recognized for its unwavering commitment to fostering10 |

17 | 17 | | collaboration among court professionals, justice partners, and stakeholders to address11 |

18 | 18 | | challenges and implement innovative solutions in judicial administration; and12 |

19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, GCCA plays a pivotal role in offering educational programs based on the13 |

26 | 26 | | WHEREAS, the council has been instrumental in developing leadership within the courts by17 |

27 | 27 | | organizing conferences, workshops, and training sessions as well as by promoting best18 |

28 | 28 | | practices to enhance the efficiency and accessibility of Georgia's judicial system; and19 |

29 | 29 | | WHEREAS, the dedication of GCCA's leadership and members to the principles of fairness,20 |

30 | 30 | | professionalism, and innovation has significantly contributed to the improvement of court21 |
---|
31 | 31 | | operations in Georgia; and22 |

32 | 32 | | WHEREAS, GCCA has provided valuable support and guidance to court professionals in23 |

33 | 33 | | adapting to challenges, including the integration of technology and the implementation of24 |

34 | 34 | | remote court services during unprecedented times; and25 |

35 | 35 | | WHEREAS, it is abundantly fitting and proper that this distinguished organization and its26 |

36 | 36 | | members be appropriately recognized for their outstanding contributions to the judicial27 |

37 | 37 | | system in Georgia.28 |

38 | 38 | | NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE that the members of this body29 |

39 | 39 | | recognize and commend the Georgia Council of Court Administrators for its exemplary30 |

40 | 40 | | service and dedication to the administration of justice as well as extend their most sincere31 |
