10 | 10 | | ROTC students at the University of North Carolina, and concluding her career as Executive4 |

11 | 11 | | Officer to the Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Reserve Command5 |

12 | 12 | | at Fort McPherson, Georgia; and6 |

13 | 13 | | WHEREAS, her exemplary service earned her numerous military awards and decorations,7 |

14 | 14 | | including the Legion of Merit, the Meritorious Service Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters,8 |
