| 8 | 8 | | WHEREAS, Darren Myles has long been recognized by the citizens of this state for the vital2 |

| 9 | 9 | | role that he has played in leadership and his deep personal commitment to the success of the3 |

| 10 | 10 | | athletes of Georgia; and4 |

| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, he has diligently and conscientiously devoted innumerable hours of his time,5 |

| 12 | 12 | | talents, and energy toward the betterment of his community and state as evidenced6 |

| 13 | 13 | | dramatically by his recognition as the 2024 Atlanta Falcons Coach of the Year; and7 |

| 14 | 14 | | WHEREAS, for 18 seasons, Darren Myles has coached at various Atlanta high schools,8 |

| 15 | 15 | | including Frederick Douglass High School, Alonzo Crim High school, and George9 |

| 16 | 16 | | Washington Carver High School; and 10 |

| 17 | 17 | | WHEREAS, Darren Myles' exemplary coaching, mentoring, and dedication to his students11 |

| 18 | 18 | | has led several of them to the NFL and other prestigious professional endeavors; and12 |

| 19 | 19 | | WHEREAS, this distinguished gentleman has given inspiration to many through his high13 |

| 20 | 20 | | ideals, morals, and deep concern for his fellow citizens, and he possesses the vast wisdom14 |
