| 9 | 9 | | WHEREAS, Atlanta Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) has faithfully served the3 |

| 11 | 11 | | who have experienced abuse or neglect; and5 |
|---|
| 12 | 12 | | WHEREAS, since its founding in 1995, Atlanta CASA has worked tirelessly to ensure that6 |

| 13 | 13 | | every child in foster care has a safe, permanent, and loving home, leveraging the dedication7 |
|---|
| 14 | 14 | | of trained volunteer advocates to provide critical support and guidance; and8 |
|---|
| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, Atlanta CASA has positively impacted the lives of thousands of children,9 |

| 16 | 16 | | empowering them to thrive through advocacy, mentorship, and compassionate service; and10 |
