| 11 | 11 | | WHEREAS, as a service-disabled veteran, he has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to5 |

| 12 | 12 | | empowering fellow veterans, notably through his leadership at Aldridge Services Inc., where6 |

| 13 | 13 | | he positioned the firm as a viable service-disabled veteran-owned small business in7 |

| 15 | 15 | | WHEREAS, his distinguished career spans decades of executive leadership, business9 |
