House Bill No. 1800, H.D. 2, S.D. 2, C.D. 1, section 5, is amended by deleting the proviso on page 9, lines 8 to 10, and shall then read as follows: "SECTION 5. There is appropriated out of the energy security special fund the sum of $350,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 for the Hawaii state energy office to analyze pathways and develop recommendations for achieving the State's economy-wide decarbonization goals, as required pursuant to section 4 of this Act.
