43	43		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

47		-	SECTION 1. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 for the State of Hawaii Museum of Monarchy History. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the Hawaii state foundation on culture and the arts for the ~~care, maintenance, and operation~~ of ~~the State of Hawaii Museum of Monarchy History~~. SECTION 2. There is appropriated out of the general revenues of the State of Hawaii the sum of $ or so much thereof as may be necessary for fiscal year 2022-2023 for the State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History. The sum appropriated shall be expended by the Hawaii state foundation on culture and the arts for the ~~care, maintenance, and operation~~ of ~~the State of Hawaii Museum of Natural and Cultural History~~. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, ~~2050~~.
