House Bill No. 2424, H.D. 1, S.D. 2, C.D. 1, is amended by adding a new section at page 10, line 12, to read as follows: "SECTION 7. If any provision of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of the Act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are severable." SECTION 2. House Bill No. 2424, H.D. 1, S.D. 2, C.D. 1, is amended by renumbering sections 7 and 8 as sections 8 and 9, respectively.
