43	43		BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF HAWAII:

47		-	SECTION 1. Act 141, Session Laws of Hawaii 2008, is amended by amending section 3 to read as follows: "SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on October 1, 2008[.], and shall be repealed on June 30, ~~2023~~." SECTION 2. Statutory material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New statutory material is underscored. SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July 1, 3050.
