1 AN ACT concerning education.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The College Student Immunization Act is amended
5 by changing Section 6 as follows:
6 (110 ILCS 20/6) (from Ch. 144, par. 2606)
7 Sec. 6. Report. Within 8 weeks after the the commencement
8 of classroom instruction, the post-secondary educational
9 institution shall file a report with the Department stating
10 the number of persons attending the institution who had
11 presented: proof of immunization; certification of medical
12 exemption; statement of religious objection; and no proof of
13 immunization. The report shall be on forms prepared by the
14 Department.
