11	11	1 AN ACT concerning State government.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Department of Public Health Powers and
15	15	5 Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois is
16	16	6 amended by adding Section 2310-438 as follows:
17	17	7 (20 ILCS 2310/2310-438 new)
18	18	8 Sec. 2310-438. Women's health clinics. The Department
19	19	9 shall establish women's health clinics throughout the State to
20	20	10 provide affordable health care for women. The services
21	21	11 provided at the women's health clinics shall be offered at an
22	22	12 affordable price and shall include, but not be limited to, the
23	23	13 following:
24	24	14 (1) annual women's health examinations, including Pap
25	25	15 tests and breast examinations;
26	26	16 (2) pregnancy confirmation services;
27	27	17 (3) prenatal care, including ultrasound examinations;
28	28	18 (4) labor and delivery services provided by an
29	29	19 obstetrician;
30	30	20 (5) postpartum care and support;
31	31	21 (6) family planning examinations and birth control
32	32	22 services;
33	33	23 (7) examinations, care, and prescriptions for sexually
