4-AN ACT concerning State government.
5-Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
6-represented in the General Assembly:
7-Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of
8-Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized
9-to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of
10-the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs
11-in and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the City
12-of West Frankfort, subject to the conditions and restriction
13-described in Section 15.
14-Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey
15-the following described real property:
16-West Frankfort Armory:
17-The East 290 feet of a tract of land in the Northeast
18-quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 24, Township 7
19-South, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, same
20-being situated in the County of Franklin and State of
21-Illinois, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at
22-the Southeast corner of the said Northeast quarter of the
23-Southwest quarter and running thence North 902 feet, more
24-or less to the South line of Main Street in the City of

4+2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

6+4 Section 5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State of
7+5 Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is authorized
8+6 to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and interest of
9+7 the State of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs
10+8 in and to the real estate described in Section 10 to the City
11+9 of West Frankfort, subject to the conditions and restriction
12+10 described in Section 15.
13+11 Section 10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey
14+12 the following described real property:

31-West Frankfort, thence West 470.61 feet for a point of
32-beginning: thence South 450 feet, thence East to the West
33-line of Taft Street; thence North along the West line of
34-Taft Street 450 feet to the South line of Main Street;
35-thence West along the South line of said Main Street to the
36-point of beginning, excepting the coal, oil, gas and other
37-minerals underlying the same, in Franklin County,
38-Illinois.
39-Section 15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the real
40-property described in Section 10 to the City of West Frankfort
41-until the Adjutant General determines that the property is no
42-longer required for military purposes. Conveyance of the above
43-real property will be in an "as is" condition, and the City of
44-West Frankfort will pay all required costs and expenses for
45-the conveyance, as determined by the Adjutant General. The
46-Quitclaim Deed shall state on its face and be subject to the
47-condition that if the property is no longer used for public
48-purpose, then title shall revert without further action to the
49-State of Illinois.
50-Section 20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified
51-copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days
52-after its effective date and, upon the conveyance of the real
53-estate described in Section 10 being made, shall cause the

40+9 Section 15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the real
41+10 property described in Section 10 to the City of West Frankfort
42+11 until the Adjutant General determines that the property is no
