11	11	1 AN ACT concerning property.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved May 27,
15	15	5 2022, Public Act 102-1015, is amended by changing Section 1-10
16	16	6 as follows:
17	17	7 (P.A. 102-1015, Sec. 1-10)
18	18	8 Sec. 1-10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
19	19	9 Section 1-5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
20	20	10 utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
21	21	11 reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and
22	22	12 restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
23	23	13 the real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it
24	24	14 shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of
25	25	15 Corrections.

27	27	17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
