1111 1 AN ACT concerning property.
1212 2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
1313 3 represented in the General Assembly:
1414 4 Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved May 27,
1515 5 2022, Public Act 102-1015, is amended by changing Section 1-10
1616 6 as follows:
1717 7 (P.A. 102-1015, Sec. 1-10)
1818 8 Sec. 1-10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
1919 9 Section 1-5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
2020 10 utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
2121 11 reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and
2222 12 restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
2323 13 the real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it
2424 14 shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of
2525 15 Corrections.

2727 17 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
