1  AN ACT concerning property.
2  Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3  represented in the General Assembly:
4  Section 5. "An Act concerning land", approved May 27,
5  2022, Public Act 102-1015, is amended by changing Section 1-10
6  as follows:
7  (P.A. 102-1015, Sec. 1-10)
8  Sec. 1-10. The conveyance of real property authorized by
9  Section 1-5 shall be made subject to: (1) existing public
10  utilities, existing public roads, and any and all
11  reservations, easements, encumbrances, covenants, and
12  restrictions of record; and (2) the express condition that if
13  the real property ceases to be used for public purposes, it
14  shall revert to the State of Illinois, Department of
15  Corrections.

17  Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
18  becoming law.
