15	15	Makes an appropriation of $717,765,720 from the General
16	16	Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for early childhood
17	17	education. Makes various appropriations from the General
18	18	Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for early
19	19	intervention, for grants and administration expenses associated
20	20	with the Maternal and Child Home Visiting Program, for grants
21	21	and administrative expenses associated with the Healthy
22	22	Families Program, and for grants and administrative expenses
23	23	associated with child care services, including prior year
24	24	costs. Effective July 1, 2023.

35	35	Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
36	36	in the General Assembly: 3

38	38	Section 5. The amount of $717,765,720, or so much of that 4
39	39	amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General 5
40	40	Revenue Fund to the State Board of Education for early childhood 6
41	41	education. 7

44	44	those amounts as may be necessary, respectively, for the 9
45	45	objects and purposes named, are appropriated from the General 10
46	46	Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for the 11
47	47	Division of Family and Community Services and related 12
48	48	distributive purposes, including such federal funds as are made 13
49	49	available by the federal government , for the following 14
