21 | 21 | | 11 under this Code based on an individual's status as a person |

22 | 22 | | 12 with a disability if the county receives a written request to |

23 | 23 | | 13 refrain from disclosing that information from the person with |
---|
24 | 24 | | 14 a disability or from that person's authorized agent or |
---|
25 | 25 | | 15 representative. Any publicly available information the |
---|
26 | 26 | | 16 disclosure of which is prohibited by this Section shall be |

27 | 27 | | 17 removed from the Internet website within 5 business days after |
---|
28 | 28 | | 18 the county receives a written request under this Section. |
