Limitations on posting disability status. 8 (a) No county employee or county official shall publicly 9 disclose on an Internet website information concerning whether 10 a particular property has been granted a homestead exemption 11 under this Code based on an individual's status as a person 12 with a disability if the county receives a written request to 13 refrain from disclosing that information from the person with 14 a disability or from that person's authorized agent or 15 representative.
