11	11	1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
15	15	5 Section 13C-27 as follows:

17	17	7 Sec. 13C-27. Emissions testing for vehicle owners over the
18	18	8 age of 55.
19	19	9 (a) An official emissions testing enter shall reserve the
20	20	10 first 30 minutes of its hours of operation to providing
21	21	11 emissions testing to registered vehicle owners over the age of
22	22	12 55.
23	23	13 (b) An official emissions testing center shall designate
24	24	14 one service lane for testing only vehicles owned by customers
