1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
5 Section 13C-27 as follows:
6 (625 ILCS 5/13C-27 new)
7 Sec. 13C-27. Emissions testing for vehicle owners over the
8 age of 55.
9 (a) An official emissions testing enter shall reserve the
10 first 30 minutes of its hours of operation to providing
11 emissions testing to registered vehicle owners over the age of
12 55.
13 (b) An official emissions testing center shall designate
14 one service lane for testing only vehicles owned by customers
15 over the age of 55.
