11	11	1 AN ACT concerning gaming.
12	12	2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
13	13	3 represented in the General Assembly:
14	14	4 Section 5. The Video Gaming Act is amended by adding
15	15	5 Section 18 as follows:

17	17	7 Sec. 18. Restrictions on advertising. No licensee under
18	18	8 this Act is permitted to advertise its video gaming operation
19	19	9 using physical advertisements outside the video gaming

22	22	12 location or on a permanent pole sign that is permanently
