Appropriates $15,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to
the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for costs associated
with the Human Services Professional Loan Repayment Program
Act. Effective July 1, 2023.

AN ACT concerning appropriations. 1
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented 2
in the General Assembly: 3
Section 5. The sum of $15,000,000, or so much of that sum 4
as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue 5
Fund to the Illinois Student Assistance Commission for costs 6
associated with the Human Services Professional Loan Repayment 7
Program Act. 8
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 9
2023. 10
