3	14		1 AN ACT concerning local government.
4	15		2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
5	16		3 represented in the General Assembly:
6	17		4 Section 5. The Metropolitan Transit Authority Act is
7	18		5 amended by adding Section 54 as follows:

21	32		19 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
22	33		20 becoming law.
