17 | 17 | | 7 "Assisted living establishment" has the meaning given to |

18 | 18 | | 8 it in Section 10 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. |

19 | 19 | | 9 "Day care center" as the meaning given to it in 89 Ill. |

20 | 20 | | 10 Adm. Code 407. |
---|
21 | 21 | | 11 "Facilities" include: (i) day care centers; (ii) assisted |
---|
22 | 22 | | 12 living establishments that provide services to seniors; (iii) |
---|
23 | 23 | | 13 shared housing establishments that provide services to |
---|
24 | 24 | | 14 seniors; (iv) supportive living facilities that provide |
---|
25 | 25 | | 15 services to seniors; (v) a community living facility as |
---|
26 | 26 | | 16 defined in the Community Living Facilities Licensing Act; and |
---|
27 | 27 | | 17 (vi) a long-term care facility licensed under the Nursing Home |
---|
28 | 28 | | 18 Care Act that provides services to seniors. |
---|
29 | 29 | | 19 "Senior" means a person aged 60 or over. |
---|
30 | 30 | | 20 "Shared housing establishment" has the meaning given to it |

31 | 31 | | 21 in Section 10 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. |
