Short title. This Act may be cited as the 5 State-funded Facilities Temperature Control Act. 6 Section 5. Definitions. In this Act: 7 "Assisted living establishment" has the meaning given to 8 it in Section 10 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. 9 "Day care center" as the meaning given to it in 89 Ill. 10 Adm. Code 407. 11 "Facilities" include: (i) day care centers; (ii) assisted 12 living establishments that provide services to seniors; (iii) 13 shared housing establishments that provide services to 14 seniors; (iv) supportive living facilities that provide 15 services to seniors; (v) a community living facility as 16 defined in the Community Living Facilities Licensing Act; and 17 (vi) a long-term care facility licensed under the Nursing Home 18 Care Act that provides services to seniors. 19 "Senior" means a person aged 60 or over. 20 "Shared housing establishment" has the meaning given to it 21 in Section 10 of the Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act. 22 "Supportive living facility" means a facility established 23 under Section 5-5.01a of the Illinois Public Aid Code. 103RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY State of Illinois 2023 and 2024 HB2476 Introduced , by Rep.
